Calibration Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; travel required approximately 10% of the time; relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Own and manage the calibration program across all Singapore sites.
• Maintain the Inspection, Measurement, and Test Equipment inventory, calibration schedules, records, and traceability documentation.
• Coordinate calibration activities with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Manage calibration vendors, including qualification, performance monitoring, funding, and compliance with ISO 17025.
• Lead out-of-tolerance investigations, impact assessments, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Support audits, establish performance metrics, improve calibration processes, and drive digitalization and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing calibration programs and measurement equipment assets.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025, quality system requirements, traceability, and audit compliance.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams, equipment owners, engineers, technicians, and external calibration vendors.
• Ability to develop calibration procedures, work instructions, forms, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work across Singapore sites and travel approximately 10% of the time.
