Senior Supply Planner

Location: Teparuk, Thailand; onsite role with no travel

hirify.global develops precision-engineered data storage solutions and operates a manufacturing site producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Plan and execute supply planning, purchasing, and materials management activities.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Design Center, and related teams to secure materials on time and at the required cost.
• Manage material availability for production and build plans while meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels against corporate targets.
• Lead supplier communication regarding supply constraints, capacity issues, and delivery risks.
• Drive supplier performance improvements, issue resolution, and supply risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, materials planning, supply chain management, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and inventory optimization.
• Negotiation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, data analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work onsite in Teparuk, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of KNIME or Tableau.
• Experience adopting AI in work processes.
