Material Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead factory capacity ramp planning and execution, including ramp schedules, resource plans, recovery actions, and readiness reviews.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, stakeholder meetings, escalations, and closure plans.
• Coordinate with production, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, and facilities teams on factory layouts and production line setup.
• Support productivity improvements, cycle time reduction, NPI-to-mass-production transfers, yield improvement, and process stabilization.
• Coordinate material readiness with supply chain and procurement teams, monitoring shortages, long-lead items, supplier risks, and component availability.
• Prepare project updates, dashboards, presentations, and ramp reports for management and international development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex product development or operations in electronics, semiconductor, or optical manufacturing.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel as required to coordinate projects and build relationships with international development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with NPI ramp and mass production transfer.
