Product Management Co-Op (Patient Management Solutions)

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour

Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s Heart Recovery business develops medical devices that provide circulatory and respiratory support, including Impella heart pump technology.

What you will do

• Support customer, market, technology, competitive, and unmet-needs research for capital equipment and digital solutions.
• Organize and synthesize voice-of-customer inputs from external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clear voice-of-customer documentation and prepare summaries and recommendations for product discussions.
• Assist with product documentation and product planning discussions.
• Evaluate competitive technologies and summarize implications for differentiation and prioritization.
• Contribute to future product roadmap development and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly in written and presentation formats.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to create meeting summaries, readouts, and slide content.
• Experience interfacing directly with external customers on clinical or product-related topics.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
