Senior Technical Product Manager (Applied AI)

Salary: $168,000–$210,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the applied AI roadmap from concept and proof of concept through production, rollout, and continuous improvement.
• Identify workflow friction and translate business needs into AI-powered tools, automations, creative workflows, and decision-support systems.
• Build prototypes and lightweight applications using LLM APIs, multimodal models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and evaluation harnesses.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Creative, leadership, and external vendors to productize and scale successful solutions.
• Create reusable tools, workflow patterns, playbooks, and training to support repeatable adoption across disciplines.
• Define success metrics and manage risks related to data quality, compliance, hallucinations, reliability, and brand integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical roles, with a record of personally shipping internal tools and automations.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, multimodal models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, Python-based pipelines, and low-code automation.
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype through productization, rollout, enablement, and post-deployment impact measurement.
• Strong product, operator, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, creative, production, and business stakeholders in ambiguous and rapidly changing technology environments.
