What you will do

• Process prescriptions manually and ensure the correct medication quantities and labels.
• Verify and print prescriptions and scan manufacturer bottles and finished orders.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to fill and pack medications accurately.
• Handle new prescriptions and refill requests from customers.
• Consolidate manufacturer medications into containers holding 5,000–10,000 dosage units.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas and complete additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy certification is required; onsite training and certification payment are provided, with continued employment contingent on passing the written certification test.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a high-volume fulfillment, metrics, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, and time management skills.
• PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, plus effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for lengthy periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, perform repetitive hand motions, and work near machinery and varying noise levels.
