Member Experience Associate (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and place outgoing calls in a helpful, professional, and timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
• Document calls, client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in client management and imaging systems.
• Maintain complete client files and clear audit trails in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-training and group training to maintain service standards and team efficiency.
• Communicate with supervisors, senior leadership, and colleagues to provide accurate responses and avoid duplicated work.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Excellent customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
