What you will do
- Program vendor payments for the Lerma and Queretaro plants.
- Prepare checks, wire transfers, and bank deposits.
- Register expenditures according to established procedures.
- Support accounts receivable and verify the correct application of accounting movements.
- Reconcile accounts and check bank accounts and petty cash.
- Process transfers for payroll and taxes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Finance.
- At least two years of experience; manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- English proficiency required.
- Knowledge of taxes, internal controls, bank transactions and procedures, financial statements, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of banking movements, SAP, and cash calculation for payments to employees, suppliers, and authorities.
