What you will do

  • Lead technical and operational activities for assigned hydraulic fracturing fleets from pre-job planning through execution and post-job review.
  • Supervise, coach, onboard, and provide performance feedback to assigned engineering personnel.
  • Validate well information, treatment schedules, equipment needs, horsepower demand, procedures, and execution feasibility.
  • Develop job proposals and coordinate pad layouts with field supervisors, operations, logistics, and customers.
  • Align remote operations and field teams while serving as a customer-facing technical contact and escalating operational, customer, and safety concerns.
  • Prepare bi-weekly KPI reviews and provide technical guidance on treatment behavior, pressure and rate trends, chemical performance, material usage, and operational deviations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline preferred.
  • Prior hydraulic fracturing engineering experience required; lead engineering or remote operations experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic fracturing operations, treatment execution, equipment function, pump schedules, material tracking, and field-to-remote communication.
  • Ability to lead engineering personnel, support multiple active operations, manage escalations, review operational data, and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, reporting systems, data validation, documentation control, and related digital tools.
  • Ability to work 12+ hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel to assigned fleet locations.
