Salary: $48,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and monitor client service plans, work activities, internships, community service assignments, and job-search schedules.
- Meet regularly with clients to provide case management, coaching, counseling, and support with employment barriers such as housing, childcare, and transportation.
- Assess client skills and job readiness, screen candidates for openings, and maintain industry talent pipelines.
- Conduct outreach to clients who miss appointments or fail to meet program requirements, documenting services and engagement.
- Support one-on-one job searches, employment placement, and retention.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and hiring information sessions while coordinating follow-up appointments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Patience and sensitivity when working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and the ability to use electronic systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment.
- Knowledge of publicly funded programs, reasonable accommodations, and laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Temporary Assistance for Needy Families programs.
- Training or experience in motivational interviewing and care management techniques.
