Banking Centre Leader I

Location: Victoria-Colwood Branch, Victoria, BC, Canada. The role requires flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees in meeting team and client goals.
• Build and deepen relationships with personal and business banking clients.
• Monitor banking centre performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Support revenue growth, manage risk, and safeguard the bank, clients, and shareholders.
• Represent hirify.global in the community and develop new client and employee relationships.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to help teams meet goals.
• Ability to lead client-focused, results-oriented teams and manage business performance.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel between nearby banking centres.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO).
• Branch Managers Examination Course (BME).
• Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.
