What you will do

• Check figures, postings, documents, codes, and calculations for accuracy.
• Classify, code, summarize, and maintain financial data in journals, ledgers, spreadsheets, and computerized systems.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Prepare and distribute financial, accounting, auditing, payroll, and statistical reports.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and maintain organized financial records.
• Follow company policies, protect confidential information and assets, and support professional guest and colleague service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Accurate handling of financial documents, records, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Work is based at hirify.global in Rome, Italy.
