• Research companies and prepare complex financial models, M&A process documents, teasers, offering documents, pitch books, and client presentations.
• Conduct trading and transaction comparable analysis and multifaceted analyses of transaction terms and structures.
• Identify potential buyers for sell-side clients and maintain buyer, client, and deal-related databases.
• Support due diligence, including client-site visits, data gathering, and identification of due diligence vulnerabilities.
• Support transaction processes through industry research, company analysis, project vetting, and client acceptance activities.
• Coordinate schedules, event logistics, and project management activities for the Investment Banking team.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Accounting strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Series 63 certification required within six months of hire.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites required.
