Customer Success Manager (AI): Onboarding and supporting SMB dental customers using an AI software platform with an accent on adoption, customer value, retention, and expansion. Focus on monitoring customer health, solving complex product challenges, and translating customer feedback into product improvements.

Location: Remote, based in Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

  • Onboard SMB and private practice customers through setup, training, and platform adoption.
  • Build customer relationships and understand goals, challenges, and usage patterns.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement to identify retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide product expertise and troubleshooting support in collaboration with support, product, and engineering teams.
  • Collect customer feedback and advocate for product improvements internally.

Requirements

  • Currently practicing as a dentist in Egypt
  • 3+ years of professional work experience.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with a high-volume book of business and/or experience in dentistry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and dentistry.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to achieve results in a high-growth startup environment.
