Supervisor Manufacturing - Shift C (10:00pm - 6:00am)

Location: Aibonito, Puerto Rico; onsite, Shift C from 10:00pm to 6:00am

What you will do

• Supervise assembly and packing operations within a manufacturing cell.
• Address associate, material, and equipment issues while maintaining production standards.
• Train and evaluate new employees and plan cross-training for regular associates.
• Coordinate code changes and monitor quality, process, and performance targets.
• Develop process improvements, evaluate complaint data, and support scrap reduction and resource optimization.
• Maintain required production documentation and ensure compliance with EHS practices, specifications, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervision experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, line capacity, GMP-QSR, OSHA, BHEST, specifications, SOPs, and HR policies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
