What you will do

• Manage all spa areas, programs, services, operating hours, facilities, and staff.
• Coordinate salon, skincare, fitness, wellness, massage, reservations, reception, and locker room services.
• Manage vendors, retail product selection, purchasing, inventories, displays, uniforms, and facility cleanliness.
• Monitor sales, payroll, operating statements, expenses, budgets, and revenue targets.
• Develop spa promotions, group services, gifting programs, marketing initiatives, and new product opportunities.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, employee development, communication, and service improvement.

Requirements

• Either a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include spa operations, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional areas.
• Leadership experience with management and hourly employees in a hospitality or spa environment.
