What you will do

• Develop and implement local market access plans for assigned specialty therapeutic areas.
• Define value propositions and key value messages in alignment with global functions and the business unit.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement dossiers, negotiation strategies, and HTA readiness for assigned products and indications.
• Lead integrated evidence-generation plans covering real-world evidence, clinical research, epidemiology, and related activities.
• Build relationships with payers, decision-makers, public affairs stakeholders, and other external partners.
• Coordinate with global market access teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support product access throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the healthcare industry and market access roles.
• Deep understanding of the Italian payer landscape, decision-making processes, HTA methodologies, and pricing strategy.
• Knowledge of health economics and modelling, clinical research methodologies, real-world evidence, meta-analyses, and epidemiological studies.
• Consolidated project management experience, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Degree in economics, medicine, pharmacy, public health, health economics, or a related life-science field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluent Italian and English required.

• Advanced degree such as an MSc, MBA, or Ph.D. in health economics or a related field.
