Producer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; hybrid with in-office work 2 days per week. Occasional domestic and international travel to production sites is required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end logistics for worldwide video and photo shoots, including schedules, call sheets, shot-day timelines, and wrap-up.
• Source, book, and manage production crews and on-camera talent, including contracts, rates, and releases.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, ground transportation, customs, and carnet logistics for international productions.
• Build production budgets, track actuals against estimates, and process vendor and freelancer payments.
• Serve as the day-of production contact, resolving logistics issues in real time.
• Support creative project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, calendars, assets, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating or producing video or photo productions.
• Experience managing multi-market or international shoot logistics, including travel, permits, customs, and vendors.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple shoots and overlapping timelines.
• Experience budgeting productions and reconciling actual costs.
• Clear, proactive communication with crews, talent, vendors, and global partners.
• Proficiency with Asana, Monday, Airtable, or similar project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, industrial, or B2B marketing environments.
• An existing network of freelance crew and talent across major markets.
• Familiarity with editing, color, and delivery-specification workflows.
