Senior Project Manager - Marketing

Location: Onsite in the National Capital Region, including Washington, DC and McLean, VA; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $110,000–$118,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and stakeholder outreach initiatives.
• Develop promotional plans and create marketing materials across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead end-to-end oversight of publications, marketing deliverables, and related projects.
• Plan schedules, track milestones, monitor production details, and maintain project status systems.
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer’s Representatives, Task Managers, and researchers.
• Track risks, performance metrics, budgets, deliverables, and monthly progress reporting.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Onsite work in the National Capital Region is required.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing marketing and communications and supervising technical publications from concept through final production.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related technical discipline.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) and pass the required government investigation.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Transportation experience, especially in highway and surface transportation.
