OPSEC Technical Risk Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Dayton, Ohio, United States

Salary: $118,405–$160,195 annually, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Author technical assessments, intelligence reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other deliverables for senior decision-makers.
• Research and validate threat and technical information using intelligence databases and DoD/IC analytic resources.
• Analyze adversary capabilities, system vulnerabilities, operational susceptibilities, and impacts to mission assurance and program risk.
• Prepare and deliver risk briefings to government and military leaders, technical teams, and mission stakeholders.
• Coordinate with intelligence community subject matter experts to refine program-specific threat assessments.
• Develop and recommend technical and non-technical mitigation strategies for sensitive programs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and onsite work in Dayton, Ohio are required.
• TS/SCI clearance is required; ability to obtain TS/SCI with a CI polygraph is required.
• 8+ years of related experience; SAP experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, an associate’s degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with space systems, OPSEC, information operations, SIGINT, communications networks, radio frequency phenomenology, and signals analysis.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition, Program Protection, Technology Protection, security policies, and multi-INT collection disciplines; familiarity with STK or SOAP is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting force modernization programs and capability development efforts.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community and standard DoD intelligence information systems.
