Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst (Exercise Planning)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, at Fort Shafter. Travel up to 20% of the time. US citizenship and an active Secret Clearance are required.

Salary: $104,000–$166,000 per year, with potential eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and direct joint Army-to-Army exercises across the Pacific theater for USARPAC.
• Take exercises from initial concept through final implementation, defining scope, objectives, schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
• Provide protection technical support, data analysis, and operational planning for security cooperation programs and USARPAC G3X exercises.
• Integrate Army space operations and multi-domain operations into exercise planning.
• Develop exercise documentation, concept-of-operation briefings, status reports, and command narratives.
• Coordinate support resources, conduct exercise tracking and analysis, and assess results, execution gaps, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, program management, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
• 12 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10 years with a master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience at the brigade level or above and 5 years planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
• Graduate of a Command and General Staff College or component equivalent, with experience in the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
• Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process, Army Design Methodology, Joint Planning Process, JTIMS, and ARTIMS.
• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant business, program management, information technology, or computer science discipline.
• At least 8 years of Component or Joint Exercise Program experience.
• At least 10 years of experience at the brigade level or above.
