Product Strategy Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote (United States); periodic travel is required.

What you will do

• Analyze healthcare market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and AI-driven changes to identify growth and investment opportunities.
• Size TAM/SAM/SOM opportunities and build business cases covering customer value, differentiation, financial impact, bookings, profitability, and risk.
• Evaluate product and customer-specific investments to inform roadmap priorities and tradeoffs.
• Develop recommendations for solution packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, External Affairs, and Engineering to align on strategic recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and materials for leadership, board, operating, and customer advisory discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, or in-house strategy roles.
• Experience developing quantitative business cases, bookings forecasts, profitability projections, and investment recommendations.
• Business financial fluency and understanding of key business-unit financial KPIs.
• Ability to communicate data-driven recommendations to executive decision-makers and create concise executive-level materials.
• Ability to drive cross-functional projects from start to finish, build consensus, and work effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or role-specific tools.
