What you will do

• Lead product and project management for scientific and data-driven technology tools used in public health and environmental health research.
• Translate scientific, regulatory, and user needs into product and functional requirements while coordinating with researchers, engineers, clients, and federal stakeholders.
• Manage product development lifecycles, including planning, prioritization, implementation coordination, quality, usability, and final deliverables.
• Configure and use HAWC, DistillerSR, and Litstream for systematic reviews, evidence synthesis, workflow design, and reporting.
• Support literature ingestion, ETL, data cleaning, PRISMA and literature flow diagrams, UI/UX improvements, and research software workflows.
• Oversee staff through feedback, training, guidance, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, health informatics, or a related quantitative public health field.
• At least 4 years of experience in health informatics or health-related data analysis.
• At least 4 years of experience with systematic review of epidemiological environmental health data, HAWC, DistillerSR, Litstream, EndNote, ETL and data cleaning, and literature flow or PRISMA diagrams.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, technology product management, Jira, UI/UX design, generative AI LLMs, AWS, and cloud software basics.
• Experience translating scientific, user, or business requirements into functional or technical solutions and overseeing implementation with technical teams.
