Staff Software Engineer - Full-Stack, Solution Architecture (AI)

Location: Full-time in-office position in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, from design and implementation through verification, deployment, and production support.
• Build and operate third-party, game-provider, and B2B integrations on a stable, brand-agnostic platform.
• Develop full-stack solutions using .NET, C#, REST APIs, Next.js, React, server-side rendering, and real-time streaming.
• Use AI coding agents and automated verification to accelerate delivery while meeting engineering quality gates.
• Define technical patterns and resolve complex issues across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including senior or staff-level end-to-end software development.
• Production experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, Next.js, React, MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing highly available, high-throughput, event-driven systems using an event hub or Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of API security, including OAuth, HMAC request signing, idempotency, replay protection, and audit logging.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, public cloud platforms such as Azure, CI/CD, CDN or edge platforms, networking, and production observability.
• Strong ownership, delivery discipline, troubleshooting ability, and experience operating production systems under competing priorities.
