2027 Employee Benefits Consulting Graduate Analyst (Employee Benefits)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with a minimum of four days per week in the office during the first few months, moving to two or three days per week thereafter.

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of employee benefit strategies, including benefits technology, wellbeing, pensions, engagement, and communication.
• Attend client meetings, analyse employee data and survey results, and help prepare benefit recommendations and provider market reviews.
• Support projects involving employee benefits, financial wellbeing tools, employee communications, workshops, and financial coaching sessions.
• Assist with pension scheme governance, regulatory requirements, investment strategy reviews, stochastic modelling, and portfolio construction.
• Contribute to client relationship management, tender submissions, pitches, professional networking, and revenue growth activities.
• Complete on-the-job training and work towards a relevant externally accredited professional qualification over approximately three years.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification completed by 20 September 2027, with a 2.1 or higher, or expected achievement at that level.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to organise information, priorities, and deadlines while working with numerical and financial information.
• Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, curiosity, accuracy, integrity, and effective collaboration skills.
• Strong self-discipline and time management to balance work with professional examinations.

• Previous pensions or consulting experience is not required.
