AddeGrad Program (2027) - Client Solutions Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Edinburgh, UK; based from the Edinburgh office. Applicants must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month graduate program across key Client Services functions.
• Provide hands-on support by identifying, responding to, and resolving client issues and questions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, Account Management, Sales, and Partnership teams on root-cause analysis and client satisfaction.
• Design solutions and support project implementations for new clients on the hirify.global platform.
• Manage multiple projects, improve delivery methodologies, and communicate project status to clients and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, with graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research, design, and implement solutions for complex problems.
• Independent, adaptable, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in global wealth management and client-focused problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Minor in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Internship experience in finance, technology, or consulting.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with project management.
