What you will do

• Own all content published under the Siena name, from strategy through writing and final approval.
• Set the strategy and write content for founder-led LinkedIn and company social accounts.
• Prepare the written content for product launches, including announcements, blog posts, social sequences, and founder posts.
• Write scripts for product and marketing videos in collaboration with the Creative Director.
• Study content trends and performance to develop actionable points of view and improve distribution.
• Use AI for research, drafting, analysis, and distribution while applying editorial judgment as the final filter.

Requirements

• Published writing across blog posts, launch announcements, social media, and video scripts.
• Experience shipping content as the only writer at a company or brand, without a content team or copywriters.
• Experience in eCommerce or marketing to consumer brands.
• Ability to measure content performance and adjust strategy based on evidence.
• Professional experience using AI throughout the content workflow without shipping unedited AI-generated drafts.
• Remote work from Europe or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Customer experience experience in eCommerce, on the brand or vendor side.
• Experience marketing AI, automation, or customer experience products.
• Experience running founder-led or executive content.
