Conversion Content Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve messaging, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Partner with growth marketing, design, and other stakeholders on conversion-focused content.
• Create and refine content variations for A/B testing across email, SMS, landing pages, paid advertising, and other customer-facing assets.
• Develop strategic content ideas supporting customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, growth marketing, conversion optimization, or a similar marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused content that produces measurable business results.
• Experience using campaign performance data to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
• Understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimization, and customer psychology.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders and align content with campaign and business goals.
• Strong ability to use AI to create systems across teams and a portfolio of conversion-focused marketing content across multiple channels.
