Copy Lead (Website Content) (Brand Strategy/AI): Developing website copy and content strategies that structure and sequence information across digital brand experiences with an accent on UX best practices, marketing, and diverse brand voices. Focus on generating and presenting copy options, collaborating with strategists, UX leads, and designers, and applying AI-assisted workflows across concurrent client projects.
Location: 100% remote within the United States with EST timezone alignment, or hybrid in New York City
Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop website copy and content strategies for a broad range of businesses, categories, audiences, and brand voices.
- Structure and sequence information across complete site experiences.
- Generate copy options and refine work based on feedback.
- Collaborate with brand strategists, UX leads, and designers.
- Present copy solutions and clearly explain the rationale behind them.
- Manage multiple client projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving agency environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of copywriting experience focused on websites and marketing.
- Strong creativity, versatility, precision, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Experience with website content strategy and knowledge of website UX best practices and emerging trends.
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong presentation, collaboration, prioritization, and self-organization skills.
- Ability to work remotely within the United States during EST hours or work hybrid in New York City.
