What you will do

• Define and evolve hirify.global’s brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across campaigns and the website.
• Lead creative campaign storytelling from concepts and narratives through multi-channel execution.
• Write and optimize website content that simplifies complex topics and supports conversion.
• Develop reusable content formats, messaging frameworks, and modular content systems.
• Experiment with new formats and use AI to improve speed, consistency, and creative output while maintaining editorial quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and leadership to communicate global employment topics clearly.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing brand and marketing content, particularly creative campaigns and web content.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of voice, tone, and narrative structure.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to make complex topics clear, engaging, and accessible.
• Understanding of content structure, flow, clarity, and conversion principles.
• Experience using or evaluating AI in content creation and a record of measurable brand, engagement, or conversion impact.
• Applications and CVs must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or fintech.
