What you will do

• Develop and execute financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct cost-benefit, sensitivity, scenario, capacity, and depreciation analyses.
• Benchmark performance indicators and identify best practices and competitive advantages.
• Automate financial reporting with business hirify.globalligence and data manipulation tools.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams to connect operational outcomes with financial performance and optimize investment budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and business analytics.
• Expertise with Power BI, Power Query, SAP, or related financial systems.
• Ability to use data manipulation and reporting to create actionable insights.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills for working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or CPA certification.
• Experience in foundry finance, manufacturing, or advanced packaging technologies.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Experience using automation or artificial hirify.globalligence tools to improve efficiency.
