Legal Operations Supervisor - 1st Shift (Hybrid)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule

Salary: Up to $68,500 per year. The posting also lists a geographic salary range of $74,000–$115,500 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the team's day-to-day operations and oversee more than 10 professionals.
• Set priorities, manage changing business needs, and coordinate required resources.
• Analyze performance and key metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address client and team concerns and champion project management excellence.
• Develop project tracking methods and implement processes and tools that improve efficiency and delivery.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, feedback sharing, and candidate documentation.

Requirements

• Five or more years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related area preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, prioritization, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of business planning and experience building cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., first shift.
