hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting activities for multiple logistics-industry clients, including software and chart-of-accounts administration.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transaction processing.
• Coordinate and review month-end reconciliations, including prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, payables, accruals, investments, and debt.
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger activity, cash flow, allocations, sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and audit or tax workpapers.
• Supervise Associates and Analysts and ensure the efficiency and quality of their work.
• Support internal audit, due diligence, system-selection, and other consultative projects while documenting processes and procedures.

• Work from the Minneapolis, Minnesota office.
• At least two years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent related experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Experience with account reconciliations, financial statements, general ledger activity, and transaction processing.
• Ability to oversee the workflow and quality of work produced by Associates and Analysts.
