Software Engineer III (AI)

Salary: $260,000–$285,000 per year, plus $65,000–$71,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack frontend and backend applications.
• Build ETL workflows and scalable, reliable data ingestion and processing systems.
• Apply AI tools and techniques to accelerate data analysis and prototype new solutions.
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers on integrating and visualizing analytical results.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery from concept through production while working with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly is required.
• 12 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 16 years of experience in place of the degree.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Demonstrated use of AI/ML tools for data analysis and engineering solution development.
• Experience with Kafka and streaming analytics.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
• Experience analyzing cybersecurity datasets, including network traffic and operating-system events.
• Understanding of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Git, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
