Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer (SaaS)

Location: USA - Remote; up to 20% regional travel, with some international travel able for partner meetings, business reviews, and regional initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead complex technical implementation projects, including advanced configuration, integrations, deployment architecture, and onboarding strategies.
• Provide expert technical guidance, platform support, and escalated troubleshooting for partner customers.
• Advocate for partner-driven product enhancements and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Guide the transition from implementation to steady-state support and drive long-term platform adoption.
• Partner with TAMs and Partner Success Managers to assess technical gaps, improve readiness, and shape adoption strategies.
• Create technical playbooks and enablement materials, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, mentor engineers, and represent partner needs in executive business reviews.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues involving integrations, APIs, configuration, and deployment environments.
• Experience leading technical projects, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA and travel up to 20% regionally; some international travel may be required.

• Experience working with channel or reseller organizations.
• Experience in a global technology or SaaS organization, professional services, or solution delivery.
• Knowledge of global partner ecosystems or channel and alliances strategy.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures, API ecosystems, or enterprise deployment patterns.
