Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Mantova and Verona, Italy; onsite at the plants

What you will do

• Lead operations across the Mantova and Verona plants, covering Facility & Environment, Logistics & Material Handling, Assembly & Test, and Manufacturing.
• Drive production performance, quality standards, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
• Implement and monitor quality control and traceability programs.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Planning teams on cost reduction and capability development.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Technical educational background.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, change management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
