Location: Tribogna, Genoa, Liguria, Italy; hybrid remote/office

Salary: €40,000–€55,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve the local Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and corporate requirements.
• Manage customer quality requirements, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Oversee quality assurance for compression repair services and coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
• Drive compliance with Italian EHS legislation, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 through risk assessments, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Investigate EHS incidents, monitor safety performance indicators, and report quality and safety results to stakeholders.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Professional experience in Quality Management and EHS leadership within manufacturing, repair, industrial services, or heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; Lead Auditor certification is required.
• ASPP qualification and knowledge of Italian EHS regulations, particularly D.Lgs. 81/08.
• Experience with audits, 8D, 5 Why, RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Professional fluency in Italian and English is required.

• Additional qualifications in Quality Management, Environmental Management, or Occupational Health & Safety.
