QA Assistant (Pharmaceutical Quality)

Location: Hybrid role based in Borgo San Michele, Latina, Italy

Salary: €33,700–€54,395 annual base pay, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Perform procedural controls for second-level approval of batch records.
• Lead quality reviews and approvals for investigations, including assessment of compliance and quality impact.
• Investigate complex non-conformances and coordinate escalation and communication across site functions.
• Ensure non-standard and quarantined shipments are managed according to procedures.
• Support departments in resolving quality-impacting issues and implementing improvement actions.
• Monitor quality-system KPIs and support regulatory and customer inspection preparation as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or diploma in a scientific field, or equivalent pharmaceutical-industry education and experience.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical quality experience, including investigation experience.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with pharmaceutical quality control, documentation, procedures, and compliance standards.
