Senior Software DevOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud platform services, infrastructure-as-code solutions, and automation frameworks.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and deployment automation.
• Implement identity and access management, encryption, logging, monitoring, compliance guardrails, and other cloud security controls.
• Develop observability, incident response, and operational support capabilities to improve platform reliability and service performance.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and quality teams; contribute to architecture reviews, engineering standards, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 4+ years of experience, in DevOps, cloud platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Production experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure automation in enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, JSON, APIs, and software development practices.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance, compliance frameworks, and secure-by-design architectures.
• Experience building reusable platform services across multiple products, regions, or business units.
• Experience in regulated medical device, healthcare software, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) environments.
