What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of hirify.global Premium Plans and Google Workspace products, from market and user research through product shipment.
• Define product strategy, KPIs, and data-driven approaches to business and product growth.
• Use AI tools and systems across research, analysis, product definition, and interface development.
• Apply UX/UI judgment to define workflows and translate user needs into clear product experiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Design to bring product ideas to life, including architecture and API collaboration.
• Use Customer Care, direct user conversations, and product data to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong product and business growth thinking, with a sharp instinct for high-impact opportunities.
• Proven experience working in AI-native environments and using AI tools and systems as an integral part of daily product workflows.
• Highly developed user-experience instincts.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with Engineering on architecture and APIs.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to quickly understand large, complex systems and their relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High ownership, strong execution, curiosity, and motivation.
