Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

Location: Hybrid, Downtown Seattle office two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays; candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.

Salary: $118,000–$152,686 annual salary in the greater Seattle area

What you will do

• Own month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Research and document accounting positions for complex or non-routine transactions and support new standard implementation.
• Manage external audit deliverables, schedules, walkthroughs, and assigned internal control activities.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, and other teams on accounting matters and reporting requirements.
• Improve accounting processes, automation, documentation, and infrastructure while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, and managing month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
• BS/BA in Accounting preferred; CPA preferred or in progress.
