Technical Manager (Services)

What you will do

• Own the technical success, quality, and strategy of strategic client accounts across all workstreams.
• Drive solution design with architects and guide clients on product adoption, custom components, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineering, Project Implementation, and Delivery teams to create effective delivery plans.
• Ensure technical quality, compliance, DevOps practices, and operational excellence across delivery squads.
• Act as the primary technical contact for engineering teams, CIOs, and other senior client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during escalations, critical incidents, and complex delivery challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience and 5 years of management experience with a strong technical background.
• Experience with software and systems architecture and enterprise-grade software delivery.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, Gradle, Angular, Kotlin, cloud deployments, Docker, Kubernetes, and Swift.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and SRE practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and engineering leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience; fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Cloud certification, such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect.
