ERP / ARP Planning & Supply Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Contribute to the Planning & Supply team within the hirify.global Resource Planning (ARP) program and an Agile/SAFe framework.
• Gather requirements, validate SAP solutions, conduct testing, and prepare user documentation.
• Support process and solution deployments through change management, data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Integrate Planning & Supply processes with Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Shopfloor, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with Operations stakeholders, Process Owners, and Information Management teams from discovery through entry into service.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Informatics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in aerospace or another complex industry such as automotive or defence.
• End-to-end supply-chain understanding and detailed knowledge of Planning & Supply processes, including demand management and MRP.
• Good command of SAP supply-chain modules.
• Familiarity with project management and the SAFe/Agile framework.
• Advanced English is mandatory. French, German, and/or Spanish are advantageous.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications and SAP S/4HANA proficiency.
• Knowledge of additional business domains and experience in Operations.
