Engineering Controller (Temp Agency) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Plan, control, and steer Engineering contributions to Airbus Derivatives MRTT projects across bidding and execution.
• Manage programme targets and cascade them across organizational areas, personnel hours, subcontracting, and material costs.
• Monitor actual costs against targets and provide transparent programme-level reporting.
• Prepare harmonized financial reports covering target status, cost deltas, risks, opportunities, and out-of-scope activities.
• Support workload planning cycles, align assumptions with Programme Finance, and validate the financial affordability of workload against programme funding.
• Develop business partnering with Chief Engineering and improve the use of financial tools including CMA, SimpliFi, UP, and myWorkload.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• Previous experience in function, project, or programme controlling.
• Financial awareness, strong business partnering skills, analytical ability, and a problem-solving approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Sheets.
• Spanish and English at negotiation level required.
• Proactive and independent working style, critical thinking, strong communication, and effective teamwork in a transnational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in an engineering environment.
• Interest in IT and automation, with knowledge of reporting tools.
