Hospital A/R Specialist - EHS Patient Accounts - Full Time

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate hospital facility claims using UB-04 forms and electronic or paper billing methods.
• Verify revenue codes, modifiers, and service lines to support accurate claim submission.
• Follow up on outstanding facility balances and secure reimbursement under payer and government billing requirements.
• Research and resolve technical, clinical, and administrative denials and payment variances.
• Work with coding, revenue integrity, patient access, and clinical departments to resolve charge capture, documentation, and registration issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of billing experience.
• Knowledge of hospital claims and payer-specific billing rules, including DRG, APC, and OPPS methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Manchester, New Hampshire.
