Performance Management/Metric Analyst II (AI)

Location: Falls Church, Virginia; hybrid with approximately 10% on-site and 90% remote work

What you will do

• Define, refine, and track performance metrics, service-level measures, and KPIs.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple mission systems.
• Conduct trend, queue-aging, cycle-time, workload and capacity, variance, threshold, exception, and root-cause analyses.
• Identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, correlations, and drivers affecting medical readiness.
• Build and maintain interactive business-intelligence dashboards, recurring reports, executive summaries, and readiness products.
• Validate data, support data-quality governance, evaluate workflows, recommend improvements, and contribute to authorized automation and legacy-data migration.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and required government system access.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–12 years of relevant analytics, performance-management, healthcare, or business-intelligence experience.
• Experience developing KPIs and dashboards, conducting root-cause and trend analyses, and working with multiple data sources and business rules.

Nice to have

• Military Health System or Navy Medicine analytics experience.
• Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAS, MDR/M2, MHS GENESIS, or similar data-environment experience.
• Experience with readiness, LIMDU, DES, IMR, EDIS, suitability, or accessions data.
