Heavy Equipment and Fleet Technician II (El Reno)

Location: El Reno, Oklahoma, United States; onsite equipment shop and field-support duties.

Salary: $26.41–$36.32 per hour

What you will do

• Repair heavy construction equipment, light support equipment, and work tools.
• Operate equipment to diagnose problems and inspect equipment for defects.
• Complete small welding and fabrication tasks on equipment coming through the shop.
• Assist supervisors and coworkers with mechanic and related maintenance tasks.
• Support a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Mechanical and fabrication knowledge gained through a two-year post-secondary degree or equivalent training and experience.
• One to three years of experience with maintenance procedures, tooling, mechanic work, and light welding.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to obtain a Hazmat endorsement with tanker endorsement.
