Salary: $85,000–$146,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex and novel engineering problems.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering processes, methodologies, and technical solutions.
• Contribute technical expertise to engineering decisions and support projects ranging from focused initiatives to major program workstreams.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams while communicating complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and train team members on technical skills, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to invention disclosures, patent submissions, technical publications, conference presentations, and journal papers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4–5 years of relevant industry experience with a BS, 2–4 years with an MS, or 1–2 years with a PhD.
• Demonstrated expertise in a specialized technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Experience working in project teams and collaborating across functions.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Technical innovation resulting in process, methodology, or technology improvements.
• Patent authorship, invention disclosures, or other intellectual property contributions.
• Peer-reviewed publications or presentations at industry conferences.
• Experience with suppliers, research organizations, industry consortia, or semiconductor technology development.
