IT Analyst

Location: Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, Dibba Al-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

• Provide daily first-level IT support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and hotel systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, telephones, network equipment, and other IT devices.
• Support PMS, POS, PABX, Wi-Fi, access control, and other hotel operational technology.
• Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, updates, security patches, backups, and IT asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers, escalating complex issues when required.
• Support onboarding, IT projects, system upgrades, cybersecurity procedures, and user training.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of IT support experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IT security, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken, is required.
