Associate Customer Integrations Manager, Logistics

Location: Hybrid work with regular in-office presence in Toronto, Canada or Rogers, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $61,800–$89,600 CAD annual or $58,900–$88,400 USD annual

What you will do

• Own the customer integration process and technical configuration of shipping document integrations and Document Explorer solutions for SMB customers.
• Manage integration projects, timelines, deliverables, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with customers and internal product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Train customers on shipping document integrations and Document Explorer to drive product adoption.
• Monitor integrated solution performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in Sales and Customer Success meetings as a subject-matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Experience in customer success, support, or account management.
• Technical aptitude with software and systems integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work hybrid with regular in-office presence in Toronto or Rogers, Arkansas.

Nice to have

• SQL or PostgreSQL experience.
